Del cel a la terra per ALÈ Quartet
Alè Quartet is a chamber group formed by transverse flutes that was born out of the desire of its members to continue discovering all the possibilities of their instrument and repertoire within the quartet formation, and not individually as they used to do
The group is formed by: Ismael Ibañez, Marta Córdoba, Altea Martínez and Alexandra Baquero and, among them we find different prizes in interpretation contests, final grade prizes, they have been or are members of different orchestras, and they work as transverse flute teachers in different schools.
They have won several contests:
- First prize in the VIII Chamber Music Competition of Mislata.
- First prize in the VII Chamber Music Competition of Borriana.
- Second prize in the V Chamber Music Competition of Alzira.
- First prize ‘Arròs Dacsa’ to the best advertising spot.
- First prize Contest RO.
On the other hand, they have performed in several venues: the Academy of Valencian Music, the Sapience Chapel of the University of Valencia, the Wall Room of the Colegio Mayor ‘Rector Peset’, the Crystal Room of the City Council of Valencia, the Mayor’s Office of Castellar-Oliveral, the House of Culture of Picassent, Auditorium ‘Juan Varea’ de Borriana, the House of Culture of Alzira, Hall of the Mosaics of the North Station of Valencia, Musical Hall of the S. M. la Paz de Siete Aguas, Gardens of Rubió i Lluch of Barcelona and ‘Turó Parc’ of Barcelona, among others.
They have participated in different music festivals, such as ‘Música als Parcs’ in Barcelona, ‘Benimaclet con-fusión’ in Benimaclet, and ‘Balconades’ in Ruzafa (Valencia).
