February – fourth national paella competition in Cullera
The aim of this event is to promote local food, products and the town’s rich historical, cultural and natural heritage.
The local culinary contest takes place on Tuesday 12 February in the Jardines del Merdado . On Tuesday 26 February, the three finalists will take part in the National final at the plaza de la Constitución.
This culinary event brings together many important Costa Blanca cuisine talents. This edition, pays tribute to Salvador Gascón, the prestigious gourmet cook creator the Cullera paella recipe.
