From January 31 to February 3, the Valencian town of Albal inaugurates this trade fair and traditional medieval market.

The XVIII edition of the Fair will be installed in the vicinity of the town hall with over a 30 stalls selling all kinds of produce.

A series of thematic activities programmed for this fair promise to delight young and old alike, such as exhibitions, workshops, concerts, dances, falconry and children’s games.

Friday, February 1

• Inauguration of the Fair and Medieval Market from 18:30.
• Exhibition-workshop of ‘bolillos’ and traditional works. Mercado municipal.
• Interactive exhibition ‘Juegos Tradicionales’. CEIP San Blas.
• Drawing exhibition ‘Curiosidades del Pueblo’ by Joan Garrido Serrano. CEIP San Blas.
• Exhibition of Historical Vehicles. CEIP San Blas.

Saturday, February 2

• Opening of the Fair and Medieval Market from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 23:00.
• Exhibition and sale of a ‘brazo de gitano gigante’, made by Pastelería Garrido, in aid of Junta Local contra el Cáncer de Albal.

Sunday, February 3 (San Blas day)

• Opening of the Fair and Medieval Market from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 23:00.
• ‘Gran Sarau Popular’ (traditional dances). CEIP San Blas from 11:30.
