‘Pego Moors and Christians’

The festivities will take place from 27 to 30 June in Pego.
Locals awake to the sound of the trabucos, while the Moorish and Christian comparsas parade to the sound of band music. The town has a medieval air with people dressed in chilabas and majestic costumes.
Apart from the comparsa, visitors may enjoy a medieval market, children’s games and rock concerts. There will also be bull running.
