Visit Jijona’s Christmas fair – the ‘sweetest place on earth’

The tenth edition of this Christmas family fair takes place in Jijona (Alicante) from 6 to 9 December.

Most of Spain’s main producers of turrones, chocolates and Christmas sweets are from Jijona and will set up hundreds of stalls to celebrate this traditional Christmas event.

There will also be a wide variety of activities such as workshops, parades, tastings, pairings and culinary demonstrations, contests, musical and acrobatic performances, exhibitions, guided and dramatized visits not to mention a range of food trucks.

The little ones will be able to enjoy children’s attractions, painting workshops, handicrafts, storytelling and Christmas music.
