Teulada (Alicante). Traditional ‘Festa del Moscatel’ (Muscatel Festival) starts

This traditional festival, held in Teulada for more than 30 years, starts on 22 August and ends on Saturday 25 August.
The festival is held to pay tribute to Muscatel grapes, produced in the Marina Alta region, and takes place once all grapes have been picked and sent to off to national markets.
All programmed events are free, open to the public with activities such as Muscatel wine tasting, dances, competitions, photographic exhibitions or a screening of the short films selected in the ‘III Muestra Cortos de Moscatel’ awards.
