Carabassí (Elche)

In the municipality of Elche and next to the Arenales del Sol are the dune remnants that give way to the Cape of Santa Pola and are part of a larger natural complex formed by dunes and humid protected areas at the regional level as the Clot de Galvany

The area apparently asleep if the summer has been rigorous and the rains lag in the autumn, it becomes a natural reserve and prevents fierce avenues accumulating water during the short but torrential periods of cold drop. The environment has the charm of the fleeting, of the precarious and, in short, of the indomitable nature that escapes through the cracks in an environment that is hostile to it.
