Santa Pola tapas at the X edition of the ‘Tapeix’
‘Tapeix’ is a gastronomic competition to promote fish (“peix”) landed every day by sailors at Santa Pola port.
For over a month, from 15 February to 18 March, fourteen local restaurants will offer tapas (including many fish based ones) at EUR 2 per tapa.
Visitors may take part in a tapas competition by consuming at least 8 tapas and stamping a special leaflet for the occasion each time. A total of 14 lunches and dinners for two people, one offered by each participating establishment, will be awarded.
Should you decide to visit Santa Pola on Saturday 16 February, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy ‘La Nit en Blanc’ (white night) where museums, the library, shops and bars stay open well into the night offering a huge selection of activities for everyone.
