Start your Solidarity Christmas this Saturday in Alicante

For the first time ever, SOLCIR (Solidarity Circle based at the European Intellectual Property -EUIPO) is organising Christmas Market in Alicante’s Casa Mediterráneo.
This Saturday, 1 December 2018, from 11:00 to 20:00, some 30 local NGOs will join the event to raise awareness on their work and selling Christmas gifts.
Even Santa Claus will be taking time off his busy schedule to visit this year’s Solidarity Market!
Workshops, face-painting and fun activities for children will be provided by volunteers from the Office and the European School parents.
In the afternoon enjoy a relaxing music jam session with food and drink available to buy too.
Programme
- 11:00 horas – Opening.
- 11:00 a 17:00 horas – Workshops for children including face painting, Christmas cards, reading corner…
- 12:00 a 13:00 horas – Santa Claus visit .
- 13:00 a 13:20 horas – Official handover of toys donated by the Association of Spanish Toy Producers (AEFJ) to SOLCIR.
- 17:00 a 19:00 horas – Music jam session.
- 20:00 horas – Closing.
